We specialize in the production plating of complex electronic and missile components. We plate industrial parts to conventional specification, and also plate to some unusual specifications (often developed by ourselves) to accomplish some special functions. We do INDUSTRIAL, DECORATIVE and COMERCIAL plating according to MIL, ASTM and many other specifications. PRECIOUS METALS: Rhodium, Gold, and Silver STANDARD METALS: Nickel, Copper, Tin "Stannous", Bright Tin "Sulfate", Zinc, (Cadnium Substitute) Zinc/Nickel Alloy meets 1000-1500 HRS salt spray test. SPECIAL COATINGS: Electroless Nickel, Aluminum Anodizing, Aluminum Conversation Coating, Passivating & Phosphating. We have barrel plating facilities for Nickel, Tin, Tin/Lead, Zinc, Copper, Silver, Gold and Rhodium. We handle parts up to eight feet long, a bit shorter in Gold and Rhodium, but for special jobs we can certainly adapt to larger lengths. We are Equipped with the most modern thickness testing devices and maintain rigid quality control on all parts being plated.
